Job summary

KNM Resources is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to lead data governance initiatives and act as the bridge between Finance and IT. This role oversees ERP data programs, partners with IT to implement SAP modules, and shapes controls around financial data management.

With 6–10 years of experience in data management and ERP environments, you will drive data lifecycle improvements, data quality, and reporting capabilities across the organization while supporting audits and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in data management solutions.
• Experience deploying ERP modules and data governance initiatives.
• Proficient in handling large data volumes and analytics queries.
• Experience acting as liaison between Finance/Accounting and IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP data initiatives across finance data objects.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve financial data governance.
• Create processes, controls and best practices for financial data management.
• Partner with IT to implement SAP modules.
• Manage upgrades and enhancements.
• Lead implementation of finance data management principles.
• Support Master Data Governance activities and workflows.
• Develop understanding of data lifecycles with SMEs.
• Resolve costing issues and support financial reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to protect company data.
• Maintain Chart of Accounts and mappings across platforms.
• Maintain system access for data users and ensure data lineage.
• Review data logs and assist internal/external audits.
