Job summary

ScanSource, Inc. in Greenville, SC, is seeking an Operations Analyst to drive data analytics, BI insights, and the design/maintenance of FS applications. The role partners with FS, business units, and IT to gather requirements, test systems, and model data for complex projects, including AI-driven enhancements.

You will support credit risk analysis, vendor interactions, and process improvements across global FS operations, while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 2–4 years web development experience, including database design and product support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of management
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and timely follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage IT tickets on behalf of FS team and provide progress updates
• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for large datasets
• Analyze data for FS Leadership and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support maintenance of existing FS applications and ad hoc reporting
• Develop and manage reporting to ensure FS guidelines and procedures are followed
