Responsibilities

• Execute and support daily Cash Services operations including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, funding, and digital banking support.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level reporting to support decision-making.
• Identify manual tasks and automation opportunities; design future-state workflows.
• Support integration and automation efforts with data sources and APIs.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting and analytics and monitor impact.
