Job summary

Daybright Financial seeks a seasoned Financial Systems Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve its core finance tech stack anchored on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will translate accounting needs into scalable solutions, standardize processes across multiple entities, and drive automation to reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 7+ years in financial systems, ERP implementation, or finance transformation.
• At least two full-lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, or entity conversions as lead/senior.
• Experience in multi-entity or acquisitive organizations, including intercompany accounting.
• Experience mentoring analysts or working with external implementation partners.
• CPA/CMA/PMP or Certified Scrum Master credentials are a plus.
• Prior public accounting, professional services, or TPA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of finance solutions in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Automate and optimize financial processes across GL, AP, AR, Cash, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
• Embed AI and intelligent automation within BC, Power Platform, and related tools.
• Lead onboarding for acquisitions: entity setup, intercompany, chart of accounts alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain financial data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage system integrations with payroll, HRIS, benefits, banking, and expense systems.
• Maintain security, access controls, and change governance; coordinate internal/external audits.
