Job summary

Axon is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Architect to design and implement finance systems that scale with the company’s growth. You will lead solution design within D365 FO and partner with finance, IT, and analytics teams.

The role focuses on optimizing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Assets, deploying AI and automation, and delivering projects on time. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and revenue recognition.
• Experience designing and implementing electronic reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative financial solutions within the D365 FO platform.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to optimize GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of finance projects, from requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and finance teams to deliver effective financial solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to Axon’s finance leadership; communicate trends in ERP, automation, and AI.
• Collaborate on audit and reporting to ensure data integrity and enable advanced analytics.
