Job summary

Axon is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Architect to design and implement scalable financial systems that support rapid growth. You will lead solution design, automation, and reporting within D365 FO, aligning with Axon’s business goals and governance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate Copilot and AI capabilities, and drive finance process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and leading finance-system design.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS, revenue recognition.
• Experience designing electronic reporting and building reports in Financial Reporter.
• Proven ability to manage complex finance-related projects with Agile/Scrum methods.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and streamline financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial solutions within D365 FO.
• Partner with finance to optimize General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, finance teams, and developers to deliver solutions.
• Advise leadership on ERP, automation, data platforms, and AI capabilities for the Axon Finance roadmap.
• Provide training and mentorship to the functional analysis team.
