Job summary

Aegon Asset Management, based in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support Tagetik finance processes, data modeling, and integrations. You will work with a global team across time zones, ensuring accurate monthly and budgeting cycles and driving process improvements.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, strong communication, and experience with Tagetik or similar CPM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Developing and implementing process improvements.
• Working knowledge of financial domain (investments, insurance) preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; customer-focused.
• Experience with Tagetik or similar CPM application.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Tagetik finance processes, including data models, data integrations, workflows and multidimensional reporting.
• Evaluate manual processes and design efficient, sustainable solutions within Tagetik.
• Collaborate with business teams across multiple countries to prioritize requests and incidents.
• Investigate Tagetik production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly and budgeting processes in Tagetik.
• Extract, validate and analyze financial data from accounting systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve business and system issues.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, PI planning.
• Use Scrum boards to organize priorities and track progress.
