Job summary

Aegon Asset Management is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst in Cedar Rapids, IA to support critical finance applications and collaborate with colleagues across the United States and the Netherlands. You will maintain Tagetik-based processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely user support while contributing to continuous improvement in global finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Developing and implementing process improvements.
• Experience with financial area such as investments or insurance products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Tagetik finance processes, including data models and reporting.
• Evaluate manual processes and design efficient, sustainable solutions within Tagetik.
• Collaborate with business teams across multiple countries to prioritize requests and incidents.
• Investigate Tagetik production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions.
• Perform accurate system maintenance to support monthly, quarterly, and budgeting processes in Tagetik.
• Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve business and system issues.
