Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Developing and implementing process improvements.
• Working knowledge of financial area (investments, insurance products, premiums).
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Detail oriented with analytical mindset and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Tagetik or similar CPM application.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Tagetik finance processes, including data models, data integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Evaluate manual processes and design efficient, sustainable solutions in Tagetik.
• Collaborate with business teams across countries to prioritize requests and minimize disruption.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain systems to support monthly, quarterly, and budgeting processes in Tagetik.
• Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and use Scrum boards to track progress.
