Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to create suppliers and maintain supplier records across the UW System, while performing ERP testing and facilitating data reporting improvements.

You will help define system requirements, support data management objectives, and provide basic staff training as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support technology solution recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to data reporting and BI system design and implementation.
• Provide guidance on technology usage to unit staff.
• Support staff training opportunities and supplier data maintenance.
• Handle supplier file additions/edits and basic data analyses.
