Job summary

Wendy's in Dublin, OH is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to be the liaison between Finance and IT for Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM and related systems. You will support system upgrades, data accuracy, and reporting, while translating complex technical concepts for finance users.

You will work on month-end close processes and act as SME on finance applications, collaborating with accounting, treasury, and IT teams to deliver efficient, compliant financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or IT/Systems.
• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Financial Products (ERP, EPM, etc.).
• Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM, Looker and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, Essbase, SmartView).
• Experience with testing, project mapping and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM and related Finance systems; manage updates and data accuracy.
• Serve as SME for projects impacting Finance applications; translate business needs into system design.
• Manage month-end close processes including loading, consolidating and distributing financials.
• Lead testing efforts, coordinate between Finance and IT, and implement changes per accounting standards.
