The role requires strong ERP expertise and the ability to translate business needs into functional specs, ensuring data integrity and guiding LX-to-Oracle Cloud initiatives for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP business systems roles with close involvement in financial close.
• Functional knowledge of ERP financial modules and impact of supply chain on accounting.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of GL, cost accounting, AP/AR, inventory valuation, intercompany, period-close.
• Ability to trace financial data from operations to General Ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the LX application SME, supporting Accounting and Finance on daily system issues and data flow into GL.
• Capture needs from business partners and translate them into functional specs and tests.
• Develop business cases and communicate value, risks, and outcomes of enhancements.
• Translate requirements into specs, test scenarios, and controls for accurate processing.
• Manage workstreams across discovery, design, testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Support LX-to-Oracle Cloud migration with process documentation and testing support.
• Ensure LX supply chain and manufacturing transactions reconcile to Oracle Cloud GL.
• Partner with IT, vendors, and MSPs to ensure solution quality and timely delivery.
