Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Global Finance Systems Analyst in Mettawa, IL to support enterprise-wide EPM applications and Oracle Cloud updates. The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure monthly and quarterly reporting cycles run smoothly and securely.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and integrations, provide user training, and participate in process improvements to optimize financial systems. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Business Information Systems, or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, financial systems, or related fields.
• 2+ years in finance or analyst role with system configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse groups inside and outside the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial System Manager to manage enterprise-wide EPM app administration.
• Support close and planning processes for timely EPM outputs.
• Document requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries.
