Job summary

Peek IT Services is seeking a Digital Product Business Systems Analyst to support FP&A systems built on Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM. You will translate business needs into requirements, collaborate with finance strategy leaders, and drive adoption across stakeholders.

The role is a long-term contract running from September 2026 through March 2027, with a hybrid work model requiring two days onsite at a local office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, STEM or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
• Minimum 2 years designing, implementing and configuring finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories, and help set product priorities.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning alongside the Product Owner.
• Define test strategies and run UAT and regression testing.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, including dimensions, metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security and data loads.
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement of FP&A systems.
• Lead change management and adoption activities with business stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, build prototypes and maintain documentation.
• Act as the bridge between finance stakeholders and technology teams.

Partnering with the Product Owner, finance strategy leaders and internal users, you will translate business needs into requirements, configurations, testing activities and adoption plans. • Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance and FP&A
• Business systems analysis expertise, including requirements and testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Working experience with Jira
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
