Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting finance/SAP-like suites: PeopleSoft, OnBase, FP&A tools, and related modules.
• Experience in leading requirements discovery sessions and communicating with business partners.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier II support for the assigned module or application and resolve production issues.
• Diagnose root causes, document findings, and escalate complex problems with impact assessments.
• Perform routine maintenance, audits, monitoring, and access-related activities.
• Configure, test, manage and support changes within the module or application.
