Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, computer science or related field is preferred.
• Experience designing and leading requirements discovery sessions (interviews, workshops, workflows).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for the assigned module or application, resolving production issues and service requests.
• Diagnose root causes, document findings and resolutions, and elevate complex problems.
• Perform routine maintenance, audits, and access-related activities per procedures.
• Open and manage vendor support tickets and coordinate resolution.
• Configure, test, manage, and support changes within the module independently.
• Implement approved enhancements using change control and release processes.
• Manage security assignments and access requests.
• Contribute to upgrades, projects, and integrations on schedule.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements for changes.
• Produce impact analyses identifying processes, data, roles, and risks.
• Analyze data, reports, and reconciliations to validate solutions.
• Develop and execute test conditions and scripts, document results.
• Coordinate testing with users and ensure readiness for release.
• Provide end-user training and create knowledge articles.
• Document recurring issues and solutions to improve knowledge base.
