Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Financial Management Systems Analyst II to join the Enterprise Business Systems team within Information Technology, supporting the business applications portfolio used by Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, and research administration.

The role covers module-level support, configuration, testing, and documentation, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience with the suite of applications supporting specific functional areas (PeopleSoft, Onbase, Sci Quest; Grants Management: PeopleSoft; FP&A: Hyperion; BI: WebFocus).
• Experience in leading requirements discovery sessions using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for the assigned module or application, resolving production issues and service requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose root causes of issues, document findings and resolution steps, and escalate complex problems with a clear impact assessment.
• Perform routine maintenance, audits, monitoring, and access-related activities for the assigned module or application according to procedures.
• Open and manage vendor support tickets, coordinating information and following issues through resolution.
