Job summary

System One is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst Jr to support Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur, including administration, implementations, system enhancements, and integrations with other corporate applications. The role requires knowledge of Oracle Cloud/ERP and strong finance acumen.

Recent graduates or professionals with 3+ years in financial systems, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
• SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in organizations with government grants and/or government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system administration, implementations, system enhancements, and integrations with other corporate applications.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners for timely communication of integration projects.
• Lead weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
• Respond to and resolve finance systems service desk tickets.
• Gather and document business requirements; consult with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and efficiency.
• Establish and assign user project access based on policy and guidelines, ensuring timely resolution for compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
• Document process flows and SOPs; train others.
• Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for Change Advisory Board.
• Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements.
• Manage post-ERP implementation project backlog and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
• Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system efficiency.

Overview

System One is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst- Jr who will support the Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications.

To be successful in this position, the candidate should have demonstrated experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS, or at minimum be very familiar with standard ERP process.
