System One is assisting a Tulsa-based company in its search for a Director of Finance. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, partnering with operations to improve profitability and provide actionable insights.

This direct-hire, on-site leadership role offers competitive benefits, long-term stability, and a salary range of $160,000 to $175,000; CPA/MBA preferred and ERP experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with a team.
• Manufacturing finance experience including cost and inventory accounting.
• ERP/financial systems experience to improve reporting and controls.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a Director of Finance. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire, on-site leadership role with competitive benefits and strong long-term stability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and compliance
• Partner with operations to drive profitability, improve working capital, and support better decision-making through actionable financial insights
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for leadership and key stakeholders
• Guide cost accounting, inventory accounting, and product costing to strengthen margin reporting and operational visibility
• Manage relationships with external partners (banks, auditors, advisors) and support risk management and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for a team
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis
• Experience using ERP/financial systems to improve reporting, controls, and process efficiency (ERP implementation experience a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000
