Job summary

Nordhealth, a remote-first software provider for veterinary and therapy professionals, seeks a Finance Customer Support Specialist to handle invoicing, payments, VAT/tax settings, and financial reporting within Provet. You will support a global customer base, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize service delivery.

Fluent English is required, and experience in healthcare or veterinary software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in finance, accounting or payments.
• Experience supporting customers in a SaaS/B2B software environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main support contact for finance-related questions and setups in Provet.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders of our customers, own escalations and complex cases through to resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Product Development teams to deliver the best and most efficient service for customers.
• Annual OKRs will be set at the individual level to contribute to the OKRs of the Business Unit, Team and Company.
