Cella by Randstad Digital seeks a Finance & Supplier Services Lead - Content Transformation to steward a $128M marketing initiative. You will manage multi-line budgets, drive ROI, and maintain NPV models while communicating insights to the C-suite.

This role partners with Brand, Sourcing, and Marketing Transformation to realize $27M in agency savings. Location is New York City preferred, with onsite 3x/week in NY/Jersey City/Chicago/Wilmington.

Qualifications

• 3+ years overseeing large multi-line budgets and financial governance.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level narratives and ROI analyses.
• Experience with multi-year NPV models and cost-avoidance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end budget management across software, labor, and headcount.
• Manage line-of-business cost allocations proportional to savings.
• Lead ROI tracking and multi-year NPV models for the initiative.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership updates.
• Collaborate with Sourcing/Procurement on contracts and pricing unbundling.
