You will analyze trends, manage controls, and report to senior leadership, coordinating with the GFS organization to meet financial objectives.

The role requires a strong accounting background, 3+ years of experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail with high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to management.
• Collaborative demeanor with cross-functional partnerships.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages planning and reporting for budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for Branson Americas.
• Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and required reporting.
• Prepares numerical and graphical analyses of results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Analyzes revenue, COGS, volume/price/mix, expenses, working capital, and capex trends.
• Maintains internal controls over financial reporting for asset protection and accuracy.
• Prepares materials and schedules for management reviews.
• Builds collaboration with the Global Financial Services (GFS) pillars.
