Job summary

American International Group (AIG) invites motivated students to join our Summer Intern in Finance. The 9‑week program offers hands-on experience across Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, Tax, and Treasury with exposure to senior leaders.

Interns will participate in instructor‑led masterclasses, mentoring circles and networking events, and may be considered for a future Analyst role in the location of their internship.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting to be received by June 2028 (transcript not required at application).
• Program requires full in‑person internship from June 7 to August 6, 2027.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide key reporting and analytics support, review business performance and budgeting.
• Support controllership activities and financial planning processes.
• Assist in treasury, tax and accounting related tasks as part of the internship.
• Collaborate with finance teams and participate in learning masterclasses and roundtables.
