LILT is seeking experienced finance professionals to contribute to an AI benchmarking project as subject matter experts. You will create and review language-specific financial scenarios, scoring rubrics, and gold-standard solutions to shape AI performance in finance contexts.

As an independent contractor, you control your schedule and workload. Competitive rates and prompt payments are offered, with opportunities to work on diverse financial services content across regions and languages.

Qualifications

• Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis).
• Strong knowledge of the target locale financial products and frameworks.
• Familiarity with the target locale regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks).
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in target language with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language reflecting local finance practices.
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses.
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality.
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions.
