Job summary

Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC seeks a Finance Strategic Program Leader to design and evolve workforce optimization and operating models across Finance. You will partner with Finance, HR, Technology, and Enterprise Functions to deliver scalable service delivery, improve capacity, and control risk while driving efficiency.

You will translate enterprise strategy into practical workforce solutions, shaping future-state operating models to meet evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in consulting, PM or process-improvement roles.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead to deadlines.
• Strong business, finance, planning and forecasting knowledge.
• Clear, executive-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with LOB managers and SMEs.
• Collaborate with partners and technology leads for program needs.
• Ensure activities deliver realized benefits.
• Establish and monitor a risk management plan.
• Challenge current processes and mitigate risks.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Provide performance evaluations for project resources.
• Analyze variances and craft action plans accordingly.
