Job summary

Truist seeks a Senior Financial Partner to the Chief Risk Officer and Risk Management leadership. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and critical investments while ensuring disciplined expense management and performance insights for strategic decisions.

You will translate complex financial information into clear executive recommendations, coordinate across Finance and Risk, and lead continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent education.
• Ten years of relevant accounting or finance experience with complex financial analysis.
• Ability to lead and mentor within a finance leadership role.
• Strong communication to interpret financial analysis to partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Risk Management.
• Translate complex financial information into executive recommendations.
• Coordinate across Finance and Risk Management for aligned plans and decisions.
