Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
10+ years of management experience within banking or financial services.
Deep knowledge of banking industry financial management practices and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading finance transformation, process optimization, or automation initiatives.
Strong analytical expertise including financial forecasting, capital budgeting, and profitability analysis.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex financial concepts for leadership.
Proven ability to lead change and influence senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership and consultation for Service Finance.
Partner with Business Unit leadership and Truist Accounting and Finance teams to drive profitability and operating leverage.
Lead all finance and accounting activities including financial planning, cash management, reporting, and compliance.
Oversee daily accounting operations and reconciliations for Service Finance.
Coordinate monthly close processes and financial reporting with Controllers.
Drive finance transformation and automation initiatives across accounting and reporting processes.
Develop and implement a future-state finance operating model with improved speed and transparency.
Establish KPIs for finance processes and promote data governance and analytics.
