Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager and AI/Automation Architect in our Finance Transformation Tech Enablement team. You will own the technical vision for the Finance Operate Platform, guiding build-versus-buy decisions across agentic AI, RPA, and integration layers, and lead strategic client conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of technology delivery experience, including 3+ years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
• Expertise in agentic AI, LLM-driven automation, and multi-agent systems.
• Deep Python and AI/ML model development experience; workflow orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workloads.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven track record leading client-facing technical conversations and executive engagement.
• Finance/ERP context experience (R2R, P2P, Treasury, FP&A) preferred.
• Travel ~25%; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture for the Finance Operate Platform.
• Lead client conversations on delivery strategy and platform capabilities.
• Provide technical oversight across concurrent workstreams and mitigate delivery risks.
• Mentor engineers, consultants, and architects and present roadmaps to leadership.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML and automation tech for the Finance Operate catalog.
