Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients modernize finance functions and realize strategic value. You will work with Finance and Technology leaders across strategy, operating model design, technology, data, and AI to drive improved decision-making and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or consulting experience in finance strategy/transformation/technology/data/AI/cost optimization.
• Experience building financial models or business cases.
• Experience with finance technology, ERP, CPM, finance data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting transformation project workstreams, deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder materials.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help clients design and deliver finance transformation strategies and technology-enabled solutions.
• Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models to identify improvements.
• Develop finance strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate finance tech solutions across ERP, CPM, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze finance processes and cost drivers to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Manage project workstreams and client deliverables; support implementation efforts.
