Horizon Media Inc. seeks a Director, Finance Business Manager - MX to lead financial planning, analysis and business partnership for the MX organization.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning, develop analytics, and present insights to executive leadership to shape strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in FP&A, controllership, or related financial leadership roles.
• Experience with media/advertising or complex transaction models highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning for the MX organization.
• Develop complex financial models to evaluate revenue, profitability and investments.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment, reporting and controls under US GAAP.
• Partner with MX leadership to support growth initiatives and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation and scalable processes.
