• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office apps.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting, including monthly financials, allocations, headcount analysis, and management reporting.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with technology and finance stakeholders.
• Support executive ad hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
• Lead financial analysis that informs management decision-making.
• Partner with finance and functional teams on strategic projects.
• Support technology-wide objectives and enterprise business cases.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support business strategy development through financial analysis and business management activities.
