Elevance Health is seeking a Financial Consultant Manager to lead complex financial analysis across lines of business. You will own end-to-end business processes, collaborate across functions, and drive holistic, compliant solutions.

The role emphasizes budgets, forecasts, ROI analyses, and support for investments, with a hybrid in-office/remote work model and a focus on process improvements and stakeholder partnership.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years budgeting, forecasting, and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
• MBA preferred. CPA, CMA, FSA and/or CFA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal business processes, data flow, controls and our financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and focuses on business process improvement initiatives; in some departments helps create innovative financial system solutions to minimize manual functions.
• Consults with management and provides solutions and recommended actions.
• Provides guidance and training to less experienced team members.
