Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics (preferred).
• Genuine interest in financial markets and financial analytics, with intellectual curiosity to go deeper.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analytics - Build and maintain performance analytics and dashboards for divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Financial Process Modernization - identify inefficiencies and partner with cross-functional teams to automate processes using AI tooling.
• Business Planning & Forecasting - support multi-year revenue and expense budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional partners.
• Competitive Intelligence - deliver benchmarking and market-share analysis across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
• Expense Management - report on cost base and drive efficiency projects.
• KPI Tracking & Analysis - monitor progress toward firmwide goals with cross-divisional stakeholders.
