Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics (preferred)
• Genuine interest in financial markets and financial analytics, with the intellectual curiosity to go deeper

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance analytics and dashboards for divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Automate reporting and streamline processes using AI tooling and solutions.
• Develop and track multi-year and intra-year revenue and expense budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver sophisticated benchmarking and market-share analysis of peer performance across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
• Track, analyze, and manage progress toward firmwide goals with cross-divisional stakeholders.
