Who You Are

• You are a high performer with 2 to 6 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm, primarily representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition financings and refinancings.
• You are a collaborative team player with strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills.
• You can communicate complex matters clearly and concisely in oral and written form.
• You are eager to grow professionally and actively contribute to firm and practice initiatives.
• You are a member of the State Bar of California.
