Morrison Foerster seeks a talented attorney with 3–5 years of private funds experience to join our Denver office. You will handle formation and operation matters for private funds and related partnerships, with the opportunity to work on high-profile matters alongside a collaborative team.

You should communicate complex matters clearly in writing and orally, and you will be guided by the Private Funds chair and hiring partner as you grow within a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

Who You Are

• You are a high performer with 3 to 5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in the formation and operation of private funds (e.g., private equity, venture capital, credit, impact, real estate), as well as other types of limited partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures.
• You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• You are looking for a place to grow professionally and are eager to shape and be involved in firm and practice initiatives.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Denver, CO annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
Los Angeles, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

Palo Alto, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
