Job summary

System One is seeking a Finance Specialist for a contract role in Pensacola, FL. The position focuses on researching, processing, and resolving Certificate, IRA, and POD requests from members, contact centers, and branches to ensure accuracy and timely service.

The role requires handling high-volume transactions, identifying suspicious activity, placing holds, and maintaining beneficiary records. Onsite work supports collaboration and compliance with procedures and product operations.
