System One, Inc. is seeking a Finance System Analyst for Bellevue, WA, to support Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur, including administration, implementations, and integrations with corporate systems.

• Gather and document business requirements; prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions with stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot and track system issues to keep processes efficient and operational.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to advise on new initiatives or projects.
• Document process flows and SOPs; train others on the process.
• Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades and prepare upgrades for Change Advisory Board.

Job Title: Finance System Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA

Type: Contract (yearlong) typically extends on a yearly basis

Compensation: $51.00- $66.00/hourly

Overview

System One is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst local to the Bellevue, WA area to support the Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have demonstrated experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS, or at minimum a strong familiarity with standard ERP processes. They should also have a proven ability to manage and respond to high volumes of tickets in a professional, supportive, and solutions oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.

• Support and lead weekly timecard submittal and approval process.

• Respond and resolve assigned finance systems service desk tickets such as new user profiles, onboarding, offboarding.

• Establish and grant user’s proper project access based on policy, procedure, guidelines. Timely and accurately resolve access-based issues for compliance.

• Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.

• Responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems efficient and operational.

• Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.

• Document processes flows and standard operating procedures clearly and thoroughly, and train others on the process.

• Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for the Change Advisory Board.

• Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Support “backlog” of projects and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.

• Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effective, and scalable.

• Experience in organizations with government grants and/or government contracts is a plus.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy.

• Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to respond to large ticket volume in professional, supportive approach.

• Analytical/problem solving – ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
