Qualifications

• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems and presenting loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information for current and potential customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Achieve results by meeting or exceeding individual and branch sales goals related to company products.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver daily deposits as required.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and branch staffing.
