Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A or similar function; energy/utility experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
• Working ERP knowledge and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures and analyze variances.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports highlighting trends.
• Create materials for FP&A reviews and communications to leaders.
• Contribute to Management/Board reporting packages.
• Improve model efficiency and automate linkages.
• Support CRM/ERP/Reporting tool integration efforts.
• Evaluate new/existing projects with financial models and cash flows.
• Maintain internal controls over planning and reporting.
