Job summary

Staples is seeking highly motivated finance students to join its Financial Rotational Program. The program spans two years with four six-month rotations across Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, and IT Finance, plus exposure to Own Brand/Merchandise and Pricing.

You will work with leaders to analyze performance, influence decisions, and develop a foundation for a full-time role within Staples Finance after completion.

Qualifications

• It is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Must be a rising senior (graduating May 2027, or within the last 1-3 years).
• Flexible and adaptable with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to shift between detailed data and big-picture thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• The Financial Rotational Program will run for 2 years with 4 rotations of 6 months each.
• Participate in Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, IT Finance, and other areas.
• Work with leaders across units to analyze performance and support strategic objectives.
