The program features four six-month rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Commercial Finance, and more, with relocation between Chicago, IL and Pittsburgh, PA and mentorship from senior leaders.

Participants gain broad exposure to core financial processes, hands-on project work, and structured training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent).
• Overall GPA meeting program standards (≥ 3.5, with major GPA ≥ 3.5).
• Willingness to relocate during the program.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Internship or co-op in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in activities or work experiences.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four six-month finance rotations to gain breadth across FP&A, Controllership, and other finance functions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting activities.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver insights and support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance financial performance.
• Build relationships across finance and operations through collaboration.
• Present analyses and recommendations to leadership.
