Job summary

IDI: Insulation Distributors Inc. is seeking a Finance Rotational Analyst in Minnesota. This entry‑level program provides structured rotations across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Pricing, FP&A, and General Accounting to develop financial and leadership skills.

You will support daily operations, financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and strategic projects across multiple finance functions, preparing you for future accounting and finance leadership roles within IDI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, business analytics, or related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, analytics, or related business functions.
• Internship experience in accounting, finance, banking, consulting, or analytics preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support billing, cash application, customer rebate administration, and customer account maintenance.
• Assist with customer aging analysis and collection reporting.
• Partner with branch personnel, credit department and customers to resolve account discrepancies.
• Analyze receivable trends and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support vendor invoices processing and AP automation initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
