Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is offering an Accounting & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP) to recent graduates. You will complete four 6-month rotations across Controllership and Finance in California or Florida, building core accounting and financial skills.

Participants will work toward CPA licensure, receive professional development, and have opportunities to engage with senior leaders across Disney's diverse businesses. Starting dates are February 2027 or August 2027.

Qualifications

Aspiration to become licensed as a CPA.
Experience through internships, part-time work, or on-campus involvement.
Commitment to a career in Accounting and/or Finance.
Proven leadership and responsibility in prior roles.

Responsibilities

Participate in four 6-month rotations across Controllership and Finance, gaining exposure to Disney's varied businesses.
Develop expertise in Operational/Transactional Accounting, Financial Reporting, Corporate Tax & Audit, and Finance.
Study for CPA exam and meet work-hour requirements via AFRP.
Engage in a specialized curriculum to build leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Network with peers and senior leaders across Disney businesses.
