Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across Controllership and Finance
• Develop expertise in Operational/Transactional Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax & Audit, and Finance
• Support CPA exam study and meet work-hour requirements to become licensed CPA
• Engage in a structured curriculum to build communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Network with peers and senior leaders across Disney’s businesses
