Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking high-potential talents for its Rotational Career Development Program. You will break boundaries by developing competencies across cross-functional areas such as Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering.

Over 24 months you complete five rotations and earn Lean Six Sigma certification, with placement in a Johnsonville role based on strengths and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by Spring 2027 required.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Prior manufacturing/operations internship preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete five rotations over a 24-month period across cross-functional areas.

Position Overview

As a member of our Rotational Career Development Program, you will break boundaries by developing and leveraging competencies from a variety of cross-functional experiences across Johnsonville operations team. This rare opportunity allows you to test drive the right career path for you and establish yourself as a future leader at Johnsonville. The E2E Operations Team will be vested in your engagement and development.

Responsibilities

While this program is tailored to the member, generally, you will complete 5 rotations over a 24-month period, being exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus. Some potential rotations include Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing including Harvest, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, or other possible areas.

Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting the functional areas' value and impact across Johnsonville. During the program, you will complete a Lean Six Sigma certification.

At the successful conclusion of the career development program, participants will be placed in a Johnsonville role based on the participant's strengths and the needs of the business.

Education

• Bachelor's degree completed by Spring 2027 required

Other Requirements

• Start Date: June 7, 2027
• Travel: About 15-20% of your time (Ability to travel and willingness to relocate is required)
• 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
