Associates take ownership on projects, learn cross‑functionally and gain a broad understanding of HF Sinclair's financial objectives, culture, and strategic directions through rotations and in‑house training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an internship program and be a recent college graduate.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support internal audit, accounting, treasury and FP&A functions.
• Perform analysis, prepare presentations and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Contribute to process improvement and cross‑functional projects.
• Handle ownership on assigned projects and develop cross‑functional knowledge.
