Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking undergraduates for a 3-year Finance Rotational Program designed to expose you to operational, commercial, and global finance functions. You will rotate 12 months in each area at U.S. plant locations and at Glendale, WI, with career development, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Upon completion, you transition into a full-time finance role. Eligible seniors graduating December 2026 or May 2027 may apply, and sponsorship is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or another quantitative field is required.
• Leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment or internship experiences.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and presentations.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and related ad hoc analysis.
• Assist with forecasting and strategic plan efforts.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement changes with management.
• Compile and review forecasting results with regional teams.
