Woodward is seeking a high-potential finance professional for its two-year Finance Rotation Program in Fort Collins, CO. You will participate in three immersive rotations across Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Business Partnership, and Corporate Finance & Accounting, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

Perfect candidates will complete an undergraduate degree by May 2027, demonstrate strong technical and communication skills, and be willing to relocate to Woodward sites

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree by May 2027.
• Two-year Finance Rotation Program with three immersive rotations.
• Willingness to relocate to Woodward US sites during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Execute Financial Tasks: complete routine assignments using established procedures.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment.
• Apply Technical Principles: apply finance theories to design and development activities.
• Report Project Progress: provide updates and documentation to senior team members.
