Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking high-potential graduates for its Finance & Accounting Rotational Program in the United States. This three-year program provides three one-year developmental rotations across Finance, offering exposure to FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and Global Business Services with senior leadership interaction.

Candidates should have a relevant degree, strong GPA, and proven leadership and communication skills, with willingness to relocate within the US. Start date is June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Anticipated graduation May 2027 and prepared to start work full time June 2027
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
• Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint Skills
• Data analytics experience preferred
• Project management skills/exposure
• Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across the Finance organization
• Gain exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting, and Global Business Services
• Develop leadership and technical skills through rotations across product groups and finance disciplines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value and change
